Our Mission

The Guild's purpose is to further quilting excellence in Southwestern Montana, to promote friendship and a sense of community through the primary activity of needle arts, including but not limited to quilting, embroidery, knitting, crocheting, beading and tatting. The Guild shall be exclusively charitable and educational.

Members

Our members are from all parts of the Gallatin Valley, and beyond! Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Livingston, Three Forks, Gallatin Gateway, West Yellowstone as well as other areas/states make up our "guild family". We welcome you and encourage you to look at our calendar and the many activities we do!

May 14th Program

Gallatin History Museum

For our first adventure for the summer of 2024 we will be visiting the Gallatin History Museum with long time member, Pat Hamlin. Pat made arrangements for the museum to open at 5:30 p.m. for those who may want to look around.

6:30 p.m. GQG meeting starts EARLIER

7:00 p.m. Museum directors short presentation
and Pat Hamlin-History of quilts in the Gallatin Valley
8:00 p.m. Meeting Completed

After the meeting we can look at the quilts that were part of the presentation and any other quilts in the museum.

We may or may not have Show N Tell depending on time as we must be finished and out the door by 9:00.

This event is also open to Museum members, as well as the general public. The Museum will be advertising in a variety of publications.
